Anyone else struggling with daily water intake? 🙋🏽♀️ Well you’re not alone. The average person doesn’t get enough water throughout the day, myself included. Dehydration can lead to severe medical complications, including fatigue, joint pain, skin problems, weight gain, headaches, ulcers, high blood pressure, and kidney disease.
While you may not be able to lug around a gallon of H2O with you or drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, you can increase your hydration by EATING YOUR WATER or simply including more water-rich foods into your meals and snacks. My favorite “water bowl” combo is watermelon, cucumbers, grapes, and cantaloupes.
Other great examples of water-rich foods that help with hydration are strawberries, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, peaches, oranges and celery.🍉🍇🍈🍊🍍🍑🍅🥥🍓🍒🥝🥒🥕🥬🍎🥭🍐
