So who’s still trying to build their Summer body this Winter???‍♀️? If you’re like me, getting those workouts in can be a struggle struggle. That sore muscle feeling alone makes me want to throw in the towel, but I somehow manage to power through. ?? Working out is both mentally and physically challenging so I’m always looking for ways to minimize the soreness afterward. My go-to quick and easy post workout muscle recovery snack is drumroll??…Pomegranate (seeds) arils infused with MotherMary Premium CBD oil. This tasty pre- and post-workout snack is a game changer for muscle recovery.

Pomegranates are a beautiful fruit, with shiny red “jewels” called arils inside, containing sweet, juicy nectar that surrounds a white seed in the middle. ? Pomegranate and its arils (seeds) contain healthy compounds called polyphenols that help decrease muscle soreness. Infusing CBD adds an extra layer of anti-inflammatory benefits to help ease muscle tension and soreness.
